Is there an entry fee, or buy in?

No, an entry fee is not required at The Crossings at Riverchase. Our community operates as a rental senior living community that does not require a large, lump-sum payment upon move-in while still allowing residents to benefit from everything our active, maintenance-free retirement lifestyle has to offer – without a long-term contract.
